Q: How likely is it that my claim will go to trial if I file one?

A: Not very likely.  Most claims are resolved at some point short of a jury trial.  The problem is that most insurers will not pay you what a claim is worth unless you and your lawyer show that you are prepared to prove your case in court.  If you hire an attorney who is not willing to prepare your case for a jury you will not receive full value for your injuries.
