Q: Is my injury claim one that could be handled without a lawyer?

A: It may be.  Some claims should be handled without a lawyer.  A good personal injury attorney can help you make that determination.

Although we wish that we could be of benefit to everyone who contacts us, generally speaking, we will not take your case if any of the following are true:


  • the accident was clearly your fault

  • your injuries resulted in medical expenses and lost wages that total less than $5000

  • your only medical provider is a chiropractor

  • you were injured in a motor vehicle collision that caused no visible damage to your vehicle

  • you waited until just before the 2 year deadline to file your claim before contacting us

  • you have previously hired one or more lawyers to work on the same claim


There are exceptions to the above generalities.
