Frequently Asked Questions by our clients in Indiana

Q: Should I seek medical treatment for my injuries?

A: Most accident victims who contact our office have already received medical evaluations and treatment before they called.  If you do not have injuries that have compelled you to seek treatment your injuries are probably not very significant.  If for some reason you are experiencing physical/medical problems but have not yet reported such problems to a health care provider it is in your best interest to seek medical attention.

Once you begin treatment for injuries suffered in an accident it is important (both for you health and for your injury claim) that you follow your doctor’s advice.
