Q: What if nobody involved in my auto accident has enough auto insurance to pay for the damages and injuries?
A: Due to inflation and rising costs of medical care the damages/injuries incurred in the average motor vehicle accident is on the rise. At the same time several auto insurers aggressively market and sell “minimum coverage” policies. That is not a good combination. The plain truth is that many accident victims go undercompensated because there is just not enough insurance in place to cover their losses.
