TRUCK ACCIDENTS

Thousands of men, women and children are injured and even killed in crashes caused by  large trucks every year in the United States.  In 2007 alone, there were 4808 people who died in accidents involving large trucks (National Highway Traffic Administration).  According to the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, large trucks make up a disproportionate percentage of crash fatalities when compared with all registered vehicles.

For a variety of reasons, truck claims are investigated and handled somewhat differently than other accident claims.   It is important that you consult an attorney who understands the specific processes involved in claims resulting from commercial truck accidents.  Miner & Lemon can provide the help you need when your life or the life of loved ones is impacted by a serious truck collision.

We are located in Kosciusko County, Indiana where truck accidents along State Highway 30 are, unfortunately, occurring way too often due to the number of traffic lights and speeding trucks.   We have valuable experience in working truck accident claims and litigation.
